I specialize in providing evidence-based behavioral therapy for treating problems related to stress, anxiety, and depression. I understand the costs of anxiety and depression and aim to help clients end their struggle so they can engage in the things that are important to them.
I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgemental space for couples to address their unique relationship challenges or problematic patterns. I work closely with couples to develop better communication and manage conflict more effectively.
I offer a number of workshops on topics such as stress, relationships, parenting, and workplace health. I provide these for private businesses, schools, government offices, and churches. All trainings are tailored to the specific needs of your group or organization.
I participate in the Give an Hour program which provides 1 hour of free mental health counseling per week to U.S. troops and their family members. If you would like more information on the program, please check out their website link below or contact me directly.
